BOOKING POLICY

All accommodation rates include VAT at the current rate. All reservations need to be confirmed with a credit/debit card and payment in full will be taken 14 days in advance of your check-in date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your booking by 2pm local time, at a minimum of 15 days prior to your arrival date, to avoid liability for full payment. Otherwise, you will be charged in full.

Group bookings of three or more rooms: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is taken at the time of booking. Unless you cancel your booking by 2pm local time, 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you will be liable to pay the full value of your booking.

Room Servicing

If you would like a daily change of any towels, you will incur a charge of £10 per guest. There is no charge for providing a set of fresh towels for every third night’s stay.

SMOKING
We are a completely no-smoking property and grounds. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the grounds of the property.

HEN & STAG PARTIES
For the comfort of all our guests, we do not accept hen/stag parties.
