New short-term measures at Baytree House
Due to Coronavirus we have made some changes to the way we operate. Our main aim is to keep all our guests safe whilst offering you the same enjoyable stay at Baytree House.
We will be welcoming all our guests as usual with a friendly greeting but from a safe social distance. Registration forms will not need to be filled in and we will direct guests to their rooms. If you need assistance with luggage please let us know and we will be happy to help in a safe way. If guests prefer a self-check-in, we are happy to arrange this also.
We will be staggering breakfast times to ensure a safe distance between tables in our dining room. We may also ask you to fill in a breakfast order form in your room the night before and leave this at reception before 8pm. We will no longer have our buffet element and we have made some small changes to our menu options. Please contact us if you require our new menu options prior to your stay.
During short stays we will not be servicing rooms daily. To replenish items you need, such as hot drink supplies, toiletries, fresh towels etc, please complete a daily tick list (found in your room) and place it in the box on reception during the morning.
We will however service longer stays every 4 days with fresh sheets & towels.
Additional cleaning routines are in place to ensure each room has been cleaned thoroughly and then disinfected before your arrival.
Evening meals & Picnics
As an additional feature we will be offering an option of evening meals and picnics to those guest that would like it. Information will be emailed to guests so they can book a table in advance. Enquires are welcome prior to booking.
We appreciate your understanding and efforts to make our guest house run smoothly during these difficult times. We look forward to seeing our returning guests once again and welcoming our new guests at Baytree house for the first time.
